- Execute recruiting strategies to identify, attract and schedule top sales agent candidates using various job boards, social media platforms, and other tools.
- Collaborate with local branch teams to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruiting process.
- Conduct phone and video interviews with potential candidates, assess their qualifications and interest, and provide timely scheduling with branch leaders.
- Participate in ongoing recruiter training and development to enhance your ability to identify and select qualified candidates.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.75 - $15.75 / hr.
