About the Coordinator Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our top provider company as a skilled Coordinator, supporting their TA team in overseeing the onboarding process. This role offers opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization and team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead compliance aspects of the onboarding process, including background checks, I-9 verification, and other pre-employment screenings.
- Ensure new hires complete necessary compliance training and understand company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all compliance-related activities during the onboarding process.
- Act as primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from new hires and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure all onboarding documentation is complete and compliant with legal requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of onboarding processes to identify and address any compliance issues.
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for new employees.
- Provide support in investigating and resolving compliance issues related to the onboarding process.
