What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Tester position at TEKsystems?
*Description*
This is for the consumer compliance team. They run the gambit in terms of products such as Secured - *Mortgage (HMDA), Auto, Credit Cards, ACH, Deposits, Bankruptcy, Privacy, CRA and Commercial/ SBA*. They have a QC independent testing function where they look at previous data of month or data from before that to perform compliance and controls testing. Testing to make sure they're in compliance for consumer laws rules and regs. Can range from wealth, to credit card, etc. anything in the US. They Are rolling out a brand new testing program to oversee reg requirements from consumer compliance.

* Experience Testing compliance law, rule and regulation testing - will need to see the regulations displayed on the resume
*Top Skills' Details*
* 3 - 5 years of regulatory compliance testing experience in one of the product groups
* Recent banking or financial experience required
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $62.00/hr.
