A health insurance company is looking for Customer Support Agents to start with their company!

Job Description & a Typical Day at Work

Provide accurate responses to all customer inquiries. Inquiries may be non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.

Performs research as needed to resolve inquiries. Ensures effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely, and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries'

Handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research. Accurately documents inquiries.

Initiates or processes adjustments or performs other research as needed to resolve inquiries.

Coordinates with other departments to resolve problems.

Responds to, researches and / or assists with priority inquiries and special projects as required by management.

Provides feedback to management regarding customer problems, questions and needs.

Maintains accurate records on complaints and / or other customer comments, and makes recommendations for changes to management.

Follows through on complaints until resolved or reports to management as needed.

Potential Start Date : February 3rd.

Shifts for Training- 8 : 00AM-4 : 30PM

After Training Shifts : 8 : 30-5PM, 9 : 30-6PM, 10 : 00-7PM, 11AM-8PM

Pay : $16.00 / HR Benefits Weekly Pay

Contract to Hire : 6 Months (IF performance & attendance meets standards)

ONSITE DURING CONTRACT, NO REMOTE UNLESS OFFERED by MANAGEMENT)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Required Education : High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Work Experience : 1 year of claims processing or customer service experience OR Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience.

Preferred Education : Associate Degree

Preferred Work Experience : 3 years-of customer service or call center experience.

Be able to use a computer-Navigate multiple systems-strong communication skills- Standard Office Equipment skills- Microsoft office.

You will take on average 30 plus calls a day, assisting members with health questions. We do not want someone that’s had 3 different jobs in the last 9 months.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00
