What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Claims Processor position at TEKsystems?
*Job Description* As a Loss Drafts Associate, you will assist customers with claims on their homeowner's insurance. You will manage the loss claim from reporting through the completion of repairs.
* Handle approximately 25 calls per day.
* Assist clients with releasing funds to restoration companies for property repairs.
* Document all conversations and details into a multi-screen computer system.
* Maintain composure and empathy when dealing with frustrated customers.
* Problem-solve and make decisions to meet client needs promptly.
*Skills & Qualifications*:
* 1 year of office experience in customer service, administrative, data entry, or production roles.
* Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
*Hours:*
*8 AM to 4:30 PM Monday - Friday*
*Location:*
Fully on-site in Troy for the first 3-6 months. *Can eventually work a hybrid schedule* is possible based on meeting production, quality, and attendance metrics.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00
