*Description*
These roles will be *100% remote *and contract roles expected to last 12-18 months with the potential for contract to hire. Candidates *must* have previous *Compass experience*.
Daily Duties:
* Will operate out of a proprietary system called Compass experience - this system facilitates efficient handling of complex customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer experiences, and meeting business objectives.
* Responsible for being a primary contact responding to inquiries from internal and/or external customers. Apply skills and procedures to provide a high level of value and service while creating effective working relationships with all customers.
* Utilizes online procedural manuals and system applications to effectively interpret and resolve customer inquiries and provide clear and accurate information and education to promote understanding of product and services. Processes customer transactions. May identify opportunities to retain existing business and refer those appropriately.
* Educates customers regarding online resources available to promote self-service for most efficient access to information and increased transaction efficiencies.
* Uses problem-solving skills and product knowledge to identify process improvement opportunities which promote cost effective service delivery. Assists with trouble shooting and resolving issues related to system application and customer experience.
Provides service which meet established compliance and state regulatory requirements. Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient with desktop applications such as MS Office and Internet browsers
* Ability to effectively navigate within numerous software and web applications.
* Ability to learn and understand a broad range of products and apply that knowledge by referencing appropriate tools and resources
* Analytical, organized, problem solving, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
* Strong oral and written communication skills

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
