Description
- Will be handling a heavy volume of both inbound/outbound calls from potential customers
- Will be expected to upsell services & products during this time to drive business
- Inbound calls
- Outbound calls
- Receiving calls from customers inquiring about services
- Educate the customers on what the services are
- How they are better than their competitors
- Close the deal taking the credit card payment over the phone
- Enter the information into database
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
