*TEKsystems* is looking to hire a large group of *Customer Service Representatives* to assist a client of ours in the *Milton, CT* area. These positions would take place *ON SITE.*

*Qualifications*
*- Previous RECENT* customer service or inside sales experience (1-2 years preferred)
- independent, positive, confident, and customer-oriented
- time management skills
- strong communications ability (both written and verbal)
*Job Description*
- Receiving calls (50-60 calls per day) from current and prospective customers handling customer inquiries and upselling services
- Updating customer's information in the company database
- Inputting credit card payments
*Hours*
8 hour shift between 8:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday
Rotating Saturday hours (2 Saturdays a month)
*Pay*
16-18/hr. (based off of experience)
