*Description*
The Customer Service Representative role's major area of responsibility is answering inbound calls. Inbound calls primarily consist of borrowers inquiring about the servicing of their consumer loan account. The Customer Service Representative will have a high attention to detail to follow various sets of rules and regulations regarding consumer loans.
- Perform responsibilities following standard operating procedures to meet or exceed documented service level goals.
- Have a high degree of awareness and understanding of information security.
- Answer inbound calls and reach first touch resolution on borrower questions or issues.
- Record customer interactions, open/close activities in system of record.
- Follow and understand all compliance and operational guidelines to ensure major areas of responsibilities are completed to compliance guidelines and standards.

*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
They MUST have some sort of customer service experience.

IMPORTANT - We want someone that can deescalate a conversation because this is a customer service role with a lot of people calling with questions.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
