As the first line of communication for our client, a medical device company focused on limiting malpractice in the healthcare space, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction.
*Responsibilities*:
* Provide customer support for client products via multiple channels.
* Assist with order entry and general inquiries.
* Work with purchasing departments to ensure accuracy in the purchasing process.
* Handle scheduling, billing, data entry, and data reports.
* Coordinate with field techs or tech support for simulator issues.
* Manage a high volume of calls and multitask effectively.
*Requirements*:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong multitasking abilities.
* Experience in customer service or call center environments.
* Proficiency in data entry and report generation.
* Ability to handle busy days and manage multiple calls.
* Prior experience highly preferred.
* Hiring based on experience and soft skills.
*Work Hours:*
* Second shift: Monday through Friday, 12 PM to 8 PM.
* 35 hours per week.
