- to join one of our largest beauty industry clients.
This role is
hybridout of their NYC office.DescriptionEngage US Leadership and Data Domain Leaders to establish data quality and inventory, identifying Golden Sources of truth.Establish data ownership following the guidance from the Global Data Governance Team.Assessment of the domains, leveraging SOP and onboarding deck and ask questionsExecute initial maturity assessments of Data Domains as identified by the Global Data Governance Team.Implement the Global Data Governance framework at the regional (US) level.Establish and manage the roadmap, communication processes, and other foundational elements to launch data governance capabilities in the US.Provide thought leadership and execute training and change management initiatives.Manage the project pipeline to ensure timely delivery of data governance projects.Additional Skills & Qualifications3 years of proven experience in data governance, data management, or a related field.Strong understanding of data quality principles and data governance frameworks.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Experience in executing training and change management initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $68.00 - $73.00
