Description
- Duties include pulling the Customer Service Record from Telecom Carriers where C Spire Business has received a Letter of Authority from a customer.
- Salesforce Experience, learning from Trailhead is great as well.
- The information will be translated to an Excel spreadsheet for the Operations team to work from for Site Walk preparation of new data circuit and new VoIP phones.
- Must have knowledge of Local Service Freeze, Alarm line notifications – other known Telecom jargon that should be communicated to the Project Coordinator.
- Contractor will sit in the Meadville MS office for C Spire unless fully knowledgeable and can work remotely once trained on C Spire’s expectations.
