About the Role
The Senior Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for providing top-notch support to end-users, ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our computer systems.
This role involves receiving, prioritizing, and resolving help requests in a timely manner. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a strong ability to troubleshoot issues.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in an IT support role, with a focus on desktop operating systems, Microsoft Suites, and network hardware. Experience with SCCM, Service-Now ticketing, and asset management systems is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Document all pertinent information related to help requests, including user identification, contact details, and problem descriptions.
- Build rapport with customers, eliciting problem details and triaging issues when required.
