*Description*
Our client is looking for two candidates to join their Desktop Support team of individuals to work at their on-site location in Anderson, SC. They will be supporting 1,000-2,000 users in the corporate center as well as the field sales representatives.
Ideally this person will have 2 years of experience troubleshooting devices and have experience working in a corporate environment on an IT support team building computers, imaging computers, troubleshooting, setups, and phone support. They will be assisting with any PC support or end-user needs. This is a corporate location, so the candidate will need to have good communication and soft skills (good with communication and professionalism, self-sufficient, responsible *key*). These candidates need to have some type of IT ticketing system prior experience.

Windows OS, PC Troubleshooting, Support, Hardware, Imaging, Office 365, MAC OS and hardware support, A , service now, Apple Support, Desktop, Customer service
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
This person must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
Our client is seeking to hire an individual with strong moral values and a positive demeanor. Lastly, candidates must be professional and mature in nature since they are at times assisting executives in the company with their IT needs.
*Experience Level*
2 years of enterprise work environment experience in IT.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.50/hr.
