We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide Desktop Support. The primary responsibilities include deploying single sign-on badges and new systems, as well as refreshing computers to align with new application requirements. This role also involves workstation refreshes.

* Deploy single sign-on badges and new systems.
* Refresh computers to meet new application recommendations.
* Perform workstation refreshes.
* Provide on-site support in Sioux Falls and travel to other locations as needed.
*Requirements:*
* Ability to be on-site in Sioux Falls.
* Willingness to travel to other locations as required.
*Additional Skills and Qualifications*
Troubleshooting problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and providing end user training.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
