What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support position at TEKsystems?
*Description*
For the foreseeable future, this is a full-time role on the Desktop L3 support team. Candidate will support our Credit call center agents at the SAT call center. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and potentially be hired as an associate someday if the fit is right. The most important qualities we are looking for are reliability (on site everyday M-F), great customer service, and the willingness to jump to action (deskside visits, boots on the ground for other teams like Network, etc). We tend to lean more toward soft skills and less on technical experience. We can train candidates up on our tech stacks if they are open to learning and focused.
We work in Windows OS almost exclusively out there but MAC OS is a bonus. We deploy Amazon workspaces as the virtual desktop for the agents. There will be a lot of physical work like desk/pod set ups and processing of gear.
