What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Medical Records Clerk position at TEKsystems?
Description:
1. Scanning and filing of patient records in our Electronic Medical Record
2. Retrieving, reviewing and scanning/dropping faxes into shared drive folders
3. Handle all record requests and release of information requests (ROI)
4. Serves as point of contact for many primary care physicians who are referring patients
Qualifications:
-diploma or GED
-min 6 months work experience in data entry OR customer service in health
-great typing skills and use multiple systems
