TEKsystems, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mortgage Processing Assistant to join our dynamic Customer Support team. In this role, you will assist the Processing teams with all administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and putting paperwork together. You will also be responsible for reaching out to internal employees via phone for information on borrowers, working in multiple systems, and managing a large pipeline of loans.
Key Responsibilities :
- Communicating with third-party companies for loan information retrieval
- Ordering homeowner insurance
- Ordering and receiving documents
- Verifying employment for potential homeowners / borrowers
- Entering various mortgage documents into the database
- Reaching out via phone to internal employees for borrower information
- Scanning, filing, and organizing paperwork
