Our client is seeking a strong seasoned desktop support technician to work in their corporate campus near Morris Plains, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 8 Years of technical support of hardware, software, ticketing systems and strong documentation(knowledge articles). Ideal candidate will have previous experience working with and directly supporting C-Suite executives with troubleshooting, how to's and presentations both virtual and on site including conference room technology.
