As we continue to grow, we are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Representative to join our team within the Mobile, AL market.

*Interview Process:*

* Virtual interview with Regional Sales Manager for the respective market
* Phone Screening with HR Rep.
* Final Virtual interview with National Sales Manager
*Position: *Field Sales Representative
*Workplace Type:* Hybrid
*Schedule: *Mon-Fri 8-5 for respective time zones
*Start Date: *4/28 - But can start sooner
*Pay: *$46,400 - $59,500 Base Pay not including commission

* Up to an added $85,000 for on-target earnings putting you over 6-figures within your first year.

* 1-3 years of experience working in a competitive and structured sales environment (e.g., Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Hertz, Avis Budget Group)
* 4-year degree
* Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
* Experience in the automotive industry is a plus!
*Job Description:* As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for closing new business by visiting automotive locations and guiding them through the sales pipeline until the paperwork is collected. You will be part of a team with 6 current headcount across various markets in the United States.
Responsibilities:

* Present our software solutions to prospective clients in a professional and consultative manner
* Follow up on all assigned leads within one business day
* Log all notes, conversations, and sales activities in the CRM
* Achieve and maintain sales quota level performance within 90 days
* Attend all meetings, trainings, and events as needed
* Other duties as assigned
*Qualifications:*

* 1-4 years of sales experience and a high school diploma or its equivalent
* Proficiency in CRM, Outlook, and telephone skills
* Strong time management, project management, and problem-solving skills
* Proficient written and verbal communication
* Ability to spend 80% of your time in the field visiting prospective clients (personal vehicle required for transportation)

*Work Environment:*

* 80% of time spent in the field (visiting clients in the automotive marketplace)
* 20% work from home

The pay range for this position is $46400.00 - $59500.00/yr.
Base salary plus uncapped commissions ($85,000 for on target earnings)
