Step into a leadership role and take charge of exciting projects in 2025! As a Field Superintendent, you will:
* Install state-of-the-art Cameras, Access Control, and Voice/Data cable in commercial environments (no programming required)
* Lead large-scale projects with 200-300 drops and teams of 6 technicians
* Read and interpret blueprints, layout jobs, and ensure all materials and equipment are ready
* Plan and execute projects to meet deadlines, manage manpower, and solve on-site issues
* Interface with customers and other trades, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
* Inspire and motivate teams, creating a positive and productive work environment
*Top Skills:*
* Security Camera/Access Control/Low Voltage: Extensive experience in commercial installations
* Blueprints/Laying out/Running jobs: Ability to read prints, layout jobs, and manage project timelines
* Leading Jobs/Installers/Helpers: Proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects
* Customer Interfacing: Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and other trades
