Responsibilities:
- The service and maintenance of Fire Alarm systems and their components to ensure proper functionality.
- Service and troubleshoot systems to diagnose problems and identify solutions.
- Ensure customers understand the functionality of their system.
- Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner.
- Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices.
- Open-minded willingness to continue learning.
Required:
- 2 years in commercial Fire Alarm systems.
- Troubleshoot Fire Alarm systems to repair ground faults, open circuits and short circuits and addressable and conventional systems.
- Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
- Experience with electronic testing devices..
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to meet state licensing requirements and vendor certifications.
- Valid driver's license
PREFERRED:
- NICET I, II, III, or IIII
-Fire Alarm Manufacturer certifications.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
