About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Registration Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for the intake of new and returning patients, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance information.
Responsibilities:
- Registration and check-in of patients
- Scheduling appointments and follow-up visits
- Verifying insurance coverage and benefits
- Inputting patient information into the EMR system
Requirements:
- 6 months- 1 year of healthcare-related experience preferred
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- EMR/EHR experience a plus
- Bilingual Spanish a desired trait but not necessary
Work Environment:
This is a fully onsite position in Sterling, VA. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide excellent customer service to our patients.
