-1 Years of Help Desk Experience
-Experience documenting in a ticketing system.

Responsibilities Include:
* Desktop & Printer support
* Workstation application support
* Server application support
* Line of business application support
* Contacting Vendor/manufacturer on behalf of clients
* Cloud management
* Creating and managing exchange and 0365 emails
* Creating and managing user accounts
* New PC and workstation setups
* Assist with Managing 0365 licensing
* Troubleshooting network connectivity and network devices
* Troubleshooting specialty equipment/devices including IO cameras/sensors/ect
* Assist with receiving shipments, updating sales order statuses, and scheduling as needed.
* Assist with onsite support as needed
* Participate in weekly company meetings and other meetings as necessary to the Help Desk
department
* Documentation using company software
In Addition, the following skills and abilities are required:
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Ability to communicate effectively over phone and email
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks to achieve goals/projects
* Must be able to work in a team environment
* Must be well organized and have great problem-solving skills
* Ability to gather, document and evaluate information that will lead to outstanding solutions
Nice to Have:
* 1 years in IT support or related field
* Experience with ConnectWise Software
* An understanding of Microsoft operating system and software

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
