TEKsystems is seeking a Help Desk Analyst for one of our clients based out of Cleveland, OH. The successful candidate will provide service desk phone support as a single point of contact to resolve IT-related issues, including hardware, software, telecommunications, and educational challenges, enabling customers to remain productive and focused on their tasks. Handles inquiries across multi-platform environments and remote access applications. Offers secondary support for additional tasks assigned to the Support Center. Acts as a liaison between customers and internal support teams to ensure accurate problem interpretation. Adheres to established operating procedures and consistently demonstrates commitment to the organization's mission, vision, values, and customer service standards.
