In this role, you will work closely with our clients to identify and resolve technical issues related to Windows basics, account access, and other IT-related topics. You will also be responsible for documenting all technical issues and resolutions, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT systems, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
