What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospital Answering Service Representative position at TEKsystems?
*Description*
Customer Service Reps are taking ~200 calls a day from incoming patients of doctors for their clinics which are Hospitals and Smaller Health Clinics. The job of the CSR is to determine who's on call at a client, pull up the contact info in the database and triage the call to the appropriate contact.
KPI's: 85% of calls should be completed within 30 seconds.
There are no set shifts - it is asked that there is a window of availability to allow for flexible scheduling. For example, first shift employees must be available to work as early as 6:30AM and as late as 6pm, employees are given an 8-hour shift between those times.
Schedules are made 3-4 weeks in advance so you will always know when you are working.
All shifts require working every Saturday OR Sunday. *This is a requirement.*
*Current openings:*
*First shift*: (8-hour shift between 7am-6pm) requires working every Sunday, Days off will be every Saturday and another day off during the week (may not be consecutive days off.)
*Second shift*: (Part time hours 5pm-11pm) requires working every Saturday, Days off will be every Sunday and another day off during the week (may not be consecutive days off)
*Training:*
Training is typically 10:30 -6:30/7pm for all shifts; ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY DURING TRAINING (NO CALL OUTS) ~2-3 WEEKS, IF YOU MISS TRAINING YOU WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE CLASS.
No Free Parking for first shift- it is encouraged not to drive if you work first shift.
