*TEKsystems is currently hiring Delinquency Control Counselors to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Winchester, VA!*
*Job Description:*
To control/collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days they are delinquency/early stages of collections, in accordance with all government rules and regulations. To provide member financial counseling and mitigate loss.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
* Call center production environment, auto-dialer making outbound calls and will receive in-bound calls.
* Early stage collections (1-30 days late), 80-120 calls per day
* Bachelor or Associated degree with Retail or Sales Experience preferred
* *Call center orientated fast paced* with aggressive goals
* Computer literate-ability to work with Excel, Office Word, Outlook
* Ability to navigate multiple systems
*Schedule: *Must be available Monday - Saturday from 10:00AM-7:00PM EST
*Location:* Winchester, VA - hybrid schedule after training
