Problem solving and troubleshooting with customer via phone email and chat
Call customers to re-establish relationships and identify opportunities to sell products
Sell products to meet customer requirements
Negotiate prices and contracts with customers
Source customer data and produce qualified customer lists
Conduct market data analyses
Build, modify and implement sales plans
Prepare reports and ensure customer data is up to date
Other duties as assigned

Experience in customer research, selling techniques and negotiation practices
2-5 years of experience in inside sales
