The impact you will have:
You will be responsible for sales and marketing activities for a designated territory and/or accounts including:
Confirm and submit orders and provide price quotes to customers
Advise customers on material stock status, special order requirements and payment policies
Send sample sto customers upon request
Process, invoice, and post customer orders within the system
Obtain shipping quotes
Log and/or scan Sales information, such as tracing, invoices, labels and other documents
Guide the flow of documentation to ensure prompt shipment of orders
You will maintain customer data and manage customer updates and changes
You will professionally communicate with customers, visitors and guest in-person, over the phone and via email
You will aid in completing Business Development projects
You will develop and enhance industry and product knowledge

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
