Job Summary
This technician will support the current team at a client location from a move, add, change (MAC) and new build perspective. The majority of the infrastructure has moved to Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP), and this resource can assist with some of that transition. However, they will primarily focus on supporting emergency and classified hardlines, which will remain copper.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to daily trouble tickets and collaborate with the MAC team on other initiatives during downtime.
- Support various sites in Linthicum and potentially additional locations within the DMV market.
Requirements
- Cable, Cat6, Cat5, cable installation, telecommunications, low-voltage, troubleshooting, Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS), copper, security, install, wireless access points, access control, closed-circuit television (CCTV), trouble tickets, telecommunications systems, structured cabling, punchdown.
- Strong work ethic, ability to follow direction, reliability, and flexibility to work varying hours.

This is a 100% day-shift position, requiring a strong cultural fit, as the role involves working in a government environment. Candidates must be professional and client-facing.
