* Apply instructional design theories for effective learning experiences.
* Use multimedia and technology tools to enhance learning.
* Collaborate with graphics illustrators or use graphics libraries.
* Develop assessments to ensure content mastery.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
* Proficiency in Articulate Storyline.
* Understanding of instructional design theories (e.g., ADDIE).
* Ability to write clear, measurable learning objectives.
* Experience in creating visual, audio, and interactive learning modules.
* Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Flexibility and teamwork skills.
* Attention to detail and thoroughness.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $39.74 - $39.74/hr.
