*Asset Configuration & Model Management*
* Establish and maintain *asset models and categories* in ServiceNow, tracking key hardware attributes such as *make, model, serial number, and location*.
* Configure workflows for *procurement, inventory management, maintenance, and decommissioning*, ensuring alignment with organizational processes.
*Procurement and Asset Lifecycle Automation*
* Configure *automated workflows* for hardware procurement, tracking, warranty management, and asset retirement to streamline lifecycle processes.
* Create and manage *approval processes, asset transfers, and end-of-life management* based on internal policies and industry best practices.
*ITIL Best Practices & Hardware Asset Management*
* Apply *ITIL principles* to hardware asset management, ensuring proper tracking, lifecycle management, and CMDB integration.
* Maintain asset relationships and compliance with asset lifecycle processes, including *purchase, maintenance, depreciation, and disposal*.
*ServiceNow Reporting & Analytics*
