Job Description
* Receive IT equipment delivered to hardware depot, including logging received equipment, storing it securely, conducting periodic inventories and logging equipment distribution.
* Track asset utilization and ensure assets not in use are recovered, inventoried, relocated, or disposed of in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Manage and configure Asset Scanners for all It teams who order, receive, and deploy IT hardware assets
* Manage ServiceNow hardware asset data, including building reports on ServiceNow hardware assets
* Ensure the on-time delivery of equipment to meet project and end user expectations.
* Effectively communicate with end users, vendors, IS Project Managers and IS Management.
* Maintains an on-hand inventory of IT equipment.
* Obtains quotes for hardware and submits order requests for equipment and computer accessories to maintain stockroom inventory levels.
* Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly asset reports.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $33.13 - $33.13/hr.
