*Job Description:*
* Client is an enterprise level environment. Work closely with existing staff, learning new technologies and supporting this world class leader.
* Troubleshoot password resets and login issues.
* Troubleshoot hardware issues such as keyboards, mouse, screens, etc.
*Qualifications:*
* 1 year of hardware support or helpdesk experience
* Open to IT certifications and degrees with minimal experience
* Experience supporting PC peripherals (keyboards, printers, mouse, etc.) is a plus
* Experience with Microsoft Office 2007(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), XP and Windows 7 is a plus
* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

During the 9-12 month period (probationary period), benefits will be through Kaia HR-their payroll company
