What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Database Administrator position at TEKsystems?
Our client is seeking a Jr. DBA to support their database and Azure environments. As a Jr. DBA, you will handle tasks such as : patching, back-ups, password changes, updating queries, updating service accounts, setting up data sources on PowerBI gateways, PowerBI administration, support PowerBI tenant, work with non-SAP databases, and work on Postgres databases running on Linux.
Top Skills :
1. Experience with SQL Server : basic DBA tasks like Updating Service Accounts, Updating Queries, setting up data sources on PowerBI Gateways - knowledge of Standard vs Enterprise edition of SQL.
2. Understanding PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric - PowerBI Administration - support of PowerBI tenant.
3. Windows OS Linux OS knowledge
Additional Skills :
- Internship experience working with SQL and PowerBI is optimal

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
