What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Servicing/Processor Specialist position at TEKsystems?
*Description*
-Responsible for setup and/or processing activities related adjustable-rate mortgages, servicemember civil relief act, operational compliance, and other specialized products
-Adjustable rate (ARM) product: data setup and verifications, ARM change corrections, ARM data analysis
-Home Equity Line of Credit product (HELOC): data setup and verifications, HELOC change corrections, HELOC billing, HELOC data analysis, Fraud prevention processes
-Construction loans: data setup and verifications, billing change corrections, data analysis; rollovers, loan extension preparation, verification and system maintenance
-Recast Modifications: preparation and validation of documents and system maintenance
-SCRA: benefit eligibility reviews (Customer or automated process triggered), rate and payment changes, pipeline monitoring for customer communication and loan updates
-Assumptions: opening and processing of Assumption requests
-Support of all processes throughout Special Loans area
-Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements (SCRA, ARM, HELOC, Assumptions)
-Customer contact with customer facing processes (Recasts, Extension Modifications, SCRA requests, Assumptions and Partial Releases)
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
MUST HAVE
-High School Diploma or GED required
-Need time management skills, organization, and positive attitude
-2-4 years of working in a mortgage environment (preferably Mortgage Loan Servicing specific to loan administration activities - real estate taxes, property insurance, escrow analysis, and mortgage insurance)
**Would be open to Processor, Servicing Accounting background, etc.
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while being detailed and results oriented
-Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
-Comfortable with people and talking over the phone
-Someone who has a positive outlook, not scared of multi-tasking, customer centric, and has a real desire to please the customer
-Understand the importance of their clients
-Bulk of the work is more back office (i.e. think Processing in servicing or origination space)
NICE TO HAVE
-Experience in Black Knight MSP Servicing System is preferred
-Math acumen is helpful
Technical Skills:
-MSP / Black Knight is preferred
-Servicing system knowledge
-MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Vizio
-Coding is preferred
-Report creation is preferred
