*Description*
Techs will be responsible for overseeing rack movements as "Rack Movement Supervisors". They will be in charge of overseeing a process of the delivery - techs must be assertive and display leadership qualitied.
Example: 5 trucks come in and they are responsible for unloading, palatizing and will supervise the work and ensure that the work is done efficiently
Performs assigned tasks and escalates issues during high-volume work activity or escalation-based situations.
Leverages process knowledge and best judgment to complete next task without direct supervision.
Coordinates, prepares, and executes incoming/outgoing deliveries (e.g. purchase order (PO) receiving, Rack Movement Supervisor (RMS) activities).
Ensures complete and detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.
Performs inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and various regulatory compliance or certification control audit activity.
Performs material movement, including shipping/receiving and inventory management per standard process.
Ensures detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.
Performs destruction of data bearing devices (DBD) following all documented procedures and runbooks
Required: High School Diploma AND 2 years experience warehouse/supply chain in an information technology (IT) environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field
Required: Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Required: Previous experience working in a data center environment.
