Checking job history
Identify and search error messages
Drain initiators
Change job classes
IPL
Capacity on Demand
Perform CA7 Late check - investigate late jobs
Resolve Abends
Mainframe checklist / SLAs
Start initiator
Stop initiator
Foundational experience and exposure with IT systems and networking
*Experience working in Operations Support and/or Service Desk environments
*Experience with troubleshooting and solving simple to highly complex IT technical issues using logical troubleshooting approach with attention to detail and SOPs
*Experience with actively creating and updating knowledge base articles for internal/external use
*Experience with ServiceNow or IT Service Management tools
