*A Healthcare Provider in Everett Washington is interested in hiring a Medical Receptionist to their team in a Part Time to Full time Capacity. This position will be offering 30-35 hours per week with some weeks exceeding 35 hours. *Description*
* Greets all visitors and examinees and directs them appropriately
* Answers all incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Screens each call, obtaining the callers' name and relevant detail regarding the nature of the call, then routes the call appropriately.
* When necessary, reviews chart to verify examinee name, file number, case type, etc. and adds any additional information on chart appointment sheet prior to examination.
* Provides examinees with all required paperwork for completion and ensures placement in the chart.
* Routes examinee to exam room, vitals room and/or x-ray room as needed.
* When necessary, chaperones examinations with female examinees or as requested by physician.
* More Responsibilities as assigned
*Skills & Qualifications*
* Must be able to perform day travel as required
* Must hold a valid state Driver's License and must have own reliable transportation
* Must possess complete knowledge of general computer, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone
* Must be knowledgeable of multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
