Standard Hours – Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM with an hour lunch ( possibly 7:30-4:30pm)

A day in the role…
· Answering phone calls
· Checking patients in and out
· Assisting patients with any questions that they may have
· Will work tasks in the EHR systems (AllScripts and EPIC) such as scheduling appointments for patients
· Handling requests from providers for patient information and records
· Verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and updating demographics
Necessary Skills and Strengths:
Patient Registration| Medical Insurance| Medical Terminology
Core Experience:
· 2 years of Medical Office experience
· Patient Scheduling
· Insurance Verification
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00
