What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Debt Representative position at TEKsystems?
*Location:* North Phoenix of i17 & W Happy Valley Rd. (Will be able to work 1 day remote after training
*Training:* 8am-5pm M-F (9 weeks total)
*Schedule:* 8 hour shift between the times of 9am-7pm CST. Saturdays will be mandatory with Friday's off (Mon-Thurs. & Sat)
*Description*
* Inbound/outbound automated calls to secure payments on delinquent accounts
* Manual outbound calls to responsible party contacts to secure payments on delinquent accounts
* Critical thinking to analyze processes to provide a better member experience
* Open for feedback/coaching opportunities to better skills on an ongoing basis
* Provide positive feedback/encouragement to teammates to help better their skills
* Interprets information and provide valuable financial solutions regarding delinquent accounts
* Educate members on differences on Credit Counseling Agencies versus Debt Settlement companies
*Qualifications (Must Have) *
* 2 years experience in collections/call center
* 2 years experience with inbound phone calls
* Comfortable making inbound calls
* Strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
*Nice to Have: *
* Financial Services or charge off experience
* Consumer debt experience (auto, credit, etc.)
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
