Description
Answer inbound calls to assist customers and members with questions in regards to Health Plans. Checks status of referrals and triaged questionable cases to the Referrals. Verifies and investigates member benefits and eligibility and triages relevant cases to the Enrollment Department. Takes a monthly average of 60 plus calls per day and successfully documents, tracks, and resolves issues with supervision

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00
