Job Description
As a Multilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, vendors, insurance companies and other medical facilities. You will provide excellent customer service by properly greeting, re-scheduling patient appointments as required via telephone calls, SMS or registration. Your duties will include responding to patient's questions and needs by editing, canceling, and rescheduling appointments as necessary according to clinic protocols. You must demonstrate knowledge and understanding of SY Health programs and services, adhere to current department productivity and quality assurance requirements, and possess exceptional phone manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have 1 year of experience in customer service, call center or in a healthcare setting, or successful completion of an externship program with San Ysidro Health. You must be Bilingual in Vietnamese, possess English fluency in both spoken and written language, and match the trainers schedule while training. Historically, it has been 8/830am-5pm.
