*Overview: *
As a Onboarding/Compliance specialist you will work directly with the Human Resources department of a leading Healthcare institution. You will have the opportunity to assist the team in all tasks at hand through the candidate onboarding process.
*Additional Responsibilities include: *
* Oversee and manage compliance aspects of the onboarding process, including background checks, I-9 verification, and other pre-employment screenings.
* Ensure all new hires complete necessary compliance training and understand company policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance-related activities during the onboarding process.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from new hires and internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure all onboarding documentation is complete and compliant with legal requirements.
* Conduct regular audits of onboarding processes to identify and address any compliance issues.
* Develop and implement compliance training programs for new employees.
* Provide support in investigating and resolving compliance issues related to the onboarding process.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience within Microsoft Excel and utilizing Microsoft Products.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Experience with Workday or ICIMS

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00
