The client is currently implementing splits to save money, and the coordinator will need to QC a variety of jobs, including HFC coax and fiber to the home (FTTH). Additionally, the coordinator will manage the jobs performed by vendors for the ISP.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Coordinate and oversee OSP construction projects from inception to completion.
* Ensure all construction activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
* Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and schedules.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
* Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
* QC a variety of jobs, including HFC coax and fiber to the home (FTTH).
* Manage the jobs performed by vendors for the ISP.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
* Communicate project status and updates to management and clients.
* Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
* Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
*Qualifications:*
* Strong knowledge of OSP construction practices, standards, and regulations.
* Experience with HFC coax and fiber to the home (FTTH) projects.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in project management platforms and Microsoft Suite.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
* CATV background or *experience from a broadband company is ideal.*

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
