Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented OSP Field Inspector to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of Fiber Optic infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Inspect and assess the condition of outside plant fiber optic facilities.
- Document findings and prepare detailed reports on infrastructure quality and compliance issues.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address any discrepancies or corrective actions needed.
- Conduct site visits and audits to verify construction quality and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with General Contractors, setting expectations, providing feedback / guidance, and ensuring work is performed to our standards.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across multiple diverse stakeholders (team, leadership, internal partners, vendors, local government agencies, and customers).
- Communicate regularly with management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
- Support customer escalations resulting from the construction process, including damage claim repairs and customer communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Exceptional work ethic. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and extended hours as necessary.

100% in the field, in and around the greater Naples, Florida area (Bonita Springs, Golden Gate, etc.).
