This is an onsite position with future remote flexibility - candidates outside of Indianapolis & surrounding areas will not be considered.
*Shift: *M-F 8a-5p
*Description:*
* Accountable for scheduling appointments
* Follow and reinforce all policies for case scheduling
* Communicate information for each scheduled appointment
* Accountable for auditing and/or completing electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner
*Requirements:*
* 2 year(s) of call center experience
* Interest in making healthcare a long-term career
* Bubbly personality
* Ability to type 35 WPM
* Strong job history
* Empathy and compassion skills
