What are the responsibilities and job description for the PC Lifecycle Desktop Support Specialist position at TEKsystems?

One of Hawaii's local healthcare clients is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to assist in its PC Lifecycle Replacement project at their Pali Momi location. This position would assist in supporting hardware/software, image machines, troubleshoot, and decommission old PCs. Mon-Fri normal business hours. Parking not included. Other tasks as assigned. Contract will be 3 months to start and possibility to extend long term quarterly.
*Skills*
1) Basic Hardware/software troubleshooting experience
2) Experience imaging devices
3) Excellent customer service skills
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion while moving equipment
- Flexibility to work at either of the 3 locations nice to have but not required
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
