Nintendo of America: Customer Service Representative - Portuguese

Start Date: Monday, October 21st 2024 (Tentative start date, may vary 1-2 weeks)

Pay Range: $24/hr

Contract Length: 2-3 month seasonal contract

Worksite Location: Remote (Must live in the state of Washington)

Schedule: Open availability required Mon-Sun 6am-7pm. You will work either 8-10 hours per day, 32-40 hours per week within this range.

Schedules will be provided every Friday for 2 weeks in advance.

Training: First 4 weeks, must be available 7am-3:30pm (Remote as well)

Job Description:

A Consumer Service Representative you will be assisting consumers with a variety of calls:

· This position will focus mostly on written requests and only a minimal number of customer call backs (15-20 per day).

· Providing online connection support for gaming systems.

· Troubleshoot hardware issues and set up product repairs as needed.

· Troubleshooting connection problems including walking consumers’ through network security settings and router settings.

· Answering consumer questions regarding the online features of their game systems.

· Documenting and forward consumer comments.

· Answering consumer calls from children and adults.

· Resolving account issues (login issues, fraudulent charges, account bans, etc.)

· Collect consumer information for incident tracking.

· Inform consumers about products and services.
